Dominika Niewiadomska-Siniecka

Dominika Niewiadomska-Siniecka is General Counsel for Polish mobile telecom operator P4 sp. z o.o. – PLAY – where she supervises group legal activities and manages a team consisting of 18 lawyers in headquarters and in regional offices. She takes part in PLAY’s extended management board meetings in its capacity as an advisory body of the Management Board of PLAY. She is an Attorney-at-Law with 17 years of experience. 

Niewiadomska-Siniecka has extensive experience in general corporate, commercial, contract, telecom law, and financing projects. She ran PLAY through its groundbreaking, inaugural EUR 870 million and PLN 130 million dual-tranche high yield bond issuance and entry into a senior revolving credit facility, then the successful refinancing of the company’s debt and signing of the Senior Facilities Agreement with international banks for approximately PLN 7 billion. She successfully participated in the tender and auction for frequencies, led PLAY’s cases in Polish courts, EU governing bodies, and Polish regulators’ offices.

Niewiadomska-Siniecka graduated from Warsaw University in 2000 and was admitted to the Polish Bar Association as an Attorney-at-Law in 2005. She received a Scholarship from the Socrates program at the Faculty of Law at the University of Regensburg (Germany), graduated from the Advanced Management Program IESE Business School organized by the University of Navarra, the ICAN Management Program organized by the ICAN Institute, and the School of German Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
